MasterCard is accepted at over 24 million merchants worldwide. Carry it with you whether you're shopping, on vacation or dining at your favourite restaurant. Your President's Choice Financial MasterCard is accepted at over 543,000 bank machines worldwide, along with banks, currency exchange locations, stores, restaurants etc. Use it any place displaying the Cirrus®, or Maestro® logos or the MasterCard® symbol.
The maximum number of additional cardholders you can add to your account is four. There is no charge for these additional cardholders.
All additional cardholders will be considered authorized users.
You will be 100% responsible for all transactions made by authorized users on your account.The Primary cardholder is responsible for any and all debt associated with the account and all cardholders must adhere to the terms and conditions of the Cardholder Agreement. An Authorized User is able to access the full available credit limit of the credit card account and is able to charge purchases / cash advances (up to the cash advance limit) to the credit card account. The credit limit of the account is shared amongst the primary cardholder and authorized users, no separate credit limit will be given to authorized users.
To add an authorized user to your credit card account please click on the Services link in the navigation panel and choose 'add authorized users'. Fill in the information required and you will receive a response from our customer service team within 3-5 business days.
Your PIN (Personal Identification Number) enables you to use your card for purchases at merchants with chip-enabled terminals and for cash advances at bank machines around the world. Wherever there is a chip-enabled terminal, your 4-digit PIN is required (instead of your signature) to complete the transaction. Your PIN electronically confirms that you are the authorized user of the card. You'll be prompted to set your PIN when you activate your card. It is very important to set your PIN, memorize it, and never reveal it to anyone.
If you have forgotten your PIN, or if it is no longer confidential, or you would like to change your existing PIN call 1-866-246-PCMC (7262) immediately. After successfully answering security questions to confirm your identity, you will be able to update your PIN using our automated phone system.
Contact us immediately at 1-866-246-PCMC (7262). Try to have your credit card number handy so we can cancel the lost/stolen card immediately.
If your card is lost or stolen while traveling outside of Canada or the U.S., contact us for immediate assistance - 24/7.

Your lost MasterCard will be cancelled immediately and a new one will be sent to you - wherever you are (as permitted by law) - often within2 business days. If needed, you can get an emergency cash advance, while your replacement is on its way (provided you have the available credit).
No problem, simply go to the "Recover Password" link, enter your Username and email address, then simply answer the security question and click next, Your temporary password will be emailed to you. You will be asked to change this temporary password the first time you sign in.
No problem, simply go to the "Recover Username" link, enter your Account Number, Email Address, Name (as it appears on your card), Birth Date and the Statement Postal Code (postal code of the mailing address on your account) and select Next. After successfully entering this information you will be provided with the Username assigned to your account.

If there is a balance on your account you will receive account statements monthly (whether in the mail or online) and you must pay at least the minimum payment due by the payment due date shown on your account statement. Payments must be made in Canadian currency.
If you fail to pay at least the minimum payment due by the payment due date for two consecutive billing periods, the default interest rate will be applied to your account balance. Please see the "good standing" section in your cardholder agreement for more information.
It's your choice - one of 3 easy ways:
1. Online, telephone, bank machine
Electronic payments are your quickest and most convenient option. Online, telephone and bank machine payments at most major financial institutions are credited the same day provided you make your payment by 6pm (EST- Eastern Standard Time) on a banking day. These payments are reflected on your online summary 2-3 business days afterwards.
2. Mail-in payments
Address your envelope to: President's Choice Financial MasterCard, P.O. Box 4405, STN A, Toronto, ON M5W 5Y6. Be sure to include the top portion of your statement along with your cheque or money order payable to "President's Choice Financial MasterCard". It can take 7 to 10 business days for President's Choice Financial MasterCard to receive payments through Canada Post. Payments are posted to your account the day President's Choice Financial MasterCard receives the payment, so make sure you've allowed enough time for your payment to arrive.
3. In-branch payments
If you bank at one of the institutions listed below, you can make payments at your local branch(or bank machine, if applicable). Cardholders may pay in-branch, over the counter, at the following financial institutions; however, these financial institutions may charge a fee for the service. The service provided is at the discretion of the financial institution and may take up to 10 business days to reach President's Choice Financial MasterCard. Payments are posted to the cardholder's account the day President's Choice Financial MasterCard receives notice of the payment.

Please note, certain merchants may register with MasterCard International Incorporated to receive automatic updates regarding your President's Choice Financial account, such as changes to your account number, expiry date and status of your account. Unless you opt-out by calling us at 1-866-246-PCMC (7262), those merchants will receive those updates. Since not all merchants will register to receive this service from MasterCard International Incorporated, you remain responsible for updating merchants with whom you have set up pre-authorized payments.

You will receive a statement each month either by mail or electronic statements (online) if there is a balance or payment made on your account.
Electronic Statements offer the convenience and flexibility of free 24/7 online access to account transactions and statements. If you would like to enroll in electronic statements simply click on the Statements link which can be found in the navigation panel.
If there is a transaction on your monthly statement that you don't recognize or want to dispute simply sign in to your account online and make an online disputed transaction request - or call 1-866-246-PCMC (7262) - within 30 days of the statement date and we will investigate on your behalf. And if you suspect that your PC MasterCard is being used without your knowledge or consent, please call 1-866-246-PCMC (7262) immediately and one of our customer service representatives will assist you.

PC points are earned in many different ways. Click here to see all of the ways you can earn PC points. Once you have accumulated 20,000 PC points you can start redeeming.
20,000 PC points is equal to $20.00 in rewards. PC points can be redeemed with a minimum of 20,000 PC points or in higher amounts in further increments of 10,000 PC points.
PC Points can be redeemed with a minimum of 20,000 PC Points and in 10,000 PC Point increments thereafter. You can redeem your PC points for free groceries, or flowers, or photo finishing, or just about anything else in participating supermarkets where President's Choice products are sold. Some redemption restrictions apply. PC points are not redeemable against the purchase of tobacco, lottery tickets, alcohol, prescription medication, milk in Quebec, or any products or services prohibited by law or as we determine from time to time.
You can redeem with a minimum of 20,000 PC points. You can redeem at any time for groceries or other in-store rewards at the check-out of participating stores. Just let the cashier know when paying you would like to use your PC Points to pay for the purchase.
No, as long as your account is in good standing, you can let your PC points accumulate in your PC points account for as long as you want, until you decide to redeem them.

PC points earned using your President's Choice Financial MasterCard will be shown on your PC MasterCard statement monthly, though the Points will accumulate in your PC Points account 3-5 business days after eachqualifying transaction.
No problem. Simply visit www.pcpoints.ca and navigate to the login section in the top right hand corner. On the PC points sign in page, you'll find a "Forgot your PC points password?" link in red. You'll need to enter your card number and press "submit" to begin the process. You will be provided with your hint question. Simply answer the question and click on the Get My Password icon and your password will be provided for you. If you are still having difficulties obtaining your password, please contact PC points customer service at 1-866-PC POINTS (727-6468).
For PC Plus™ program members; go to pcplus.ca, select Sign In then the Forgot My Password link. Enter your email address and correctly answer your security question, after this you will be able to select a new password.
Upon registration for the PC points website you will be asked your language preference. Your language preference lets us know whether you prefer to receive PC points correspondence in English or French. Each time you sign-in you will have the option to change your language preference.

At the checkout, you can redeem a minimum of 20,000 PC points or higher amounts in further increments of 10,000 PC points (30,000, 40,000 and so on).
If you have 37,000 PC points you are eligible to redeem your PC points for up to $30 in free grocery rewards (20,000 PC points minimum redemption, plus an increment of 10,000 PC points). The remaining 7,000 points will remain in your PC points account until you reach the 20,000 redemption level again.
You can use your PC points to pay for groceries and just about anything else at participating stores. Redeem for your complete purchase or to pay for a portion of your purchase. PC points may not be redeemed against the purchase of tobacco, lottery tickets, alcohol, prescription medication, milk in Quebec, or any other products or services prohibited by law or as we determine from time to time.
You can redeem your PC points in all participating supermarkets across Canada where President's Choice products are sold.

My computer screen does not display an entire page. I have to use the bottom scroll bar to view all the information. How can I reduce the scrolling?
The scrolling results from a combination of your display settings and your font settings. The President's Choice Financial web site has been optimized for a display setting of 800 by 600 pixels. Please consult the help menu of your operating system and browser to determine how to adjust the display and font size so as to avoid scrolling.
Encryption refers to the practice of scrambling data so unauthorized parties cannot decipher it. It is important that your confidential information remain secure as it is passed between your computer and the issuer's server. To ensure your information is as secure as possible, we require that your browser use 128-bit encryption. This is the most secure browser technology currently available.
Caching refers to your browser's ability to store visited web pages on your hard drive. Caching is helpful because it allows a page to be accessed from your hard drive instead of from an Internet source. This can help you access pages more quickly. However, if your browser retrieves a page from its cache instead of the Internet source, the page displayed may not be the most recent version. It is important to periodically clear your browser's cache so your browser can retrieve an updated version of a page. It is especially important to clear your cache if you have received an error message and are trying to correct the error. See your browser's help menu for more information on performing this function.
